FAQ

Unfortunately, as of right now I do not offer the option for finished items in my shop. I am focusing my time on creating new patterns and simply don’t have the time to do both.

If you are nervous about creating a calendar for yourself, don’t be – really. I have to be honest, I am relatively new to sewing myself. Two years ago I didn’t know how to sew on a button – seriously. So I would say if you know how to sew on a button you are going to be just fine with creating from one of my ornament patterns. If you can sew a straight line on a sewing machine you will be golden.

I back each of my patterns with a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied or you find this pattern to be difficult just let me know, I will issue a refund – and you can keep the pattern. I created these patterns to be easy for a novice – and I mean that.

One fantastic place to start is with this link – bit.ly/sugarpattern which will give you a taste of how my patterns work (plus it’s free) and will give you a very good idea of what it will take to stitch up some felt ornaments.

Unfortunately I’m not aware of anyone who assembles my patterns for sale.

An estimate on time to create these wonderful heirlooms is around 30-45 hours depending on how familiar you are with sewing and hand stitching. It really depends on the person, however, once you get the techniques down it’s super easy to multitask while watching your favorite christmas movies while you stitch.

The great thing about this pattern is being able to personalize everything – so it has a pretty wide range.

An estimate on supplies for the between $45-$100.

A great way to save on supplies is to purchase each of your items from your local craft store (using a 40% off coupon, when possible), one exception being the felt you use for your ornaments, which I highly recommend using high quality wool felt since these are the elements which will get handled most and will insure your calendar lasts for generations.

Each of my all-inclusive patterns include a materials/tool list, embroidery/stitch guide, and simple instructions even a novice will find easy to master. Full-color photographs will inspire you throughout! Each pattern shows you how to utilize magnets to hang your orn

aments. I’ve even researched and listed the very best Etsy Shops to give you suggested vendors for ordering materials, so you can spend your time creating instead of shopping.

Instantly. As soon as your payment clears a download link will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.

It’s super easy. Each of my patterns is designed to read as a book. If your printer allows, I recommend printing your PDF pattern with instructions double-sided, and

templates- single-sided.

All patterns are saved in a PDF format, requiring Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the pattern. Once you download the PDF file, save it to your computer. Patterns are formatted to print on US letter (8.5″ x 11″) and A4. Print at 100% with no scaling.

Magnets. I show you how to use hidden magnets in both the base portion of the calendar and ornaments so even a toddler can attach the ornaments easily. If you prefer not to use magnets I also show you how to attach buttons/beads for hanging.

Please convo me if you would like a Limited Production License for my patterns. Mass production, re-sale and distribution of my pattern and instructions are expressly prohibited.
